Nimble is Jon Ferrara's second act. He co-created GoldMine, the CRM your first boss used, then rebuilt the idea for the social era: a CRM that assembles itself from your email, calendar and public profiles, and follows you into Gmail, Outlook and every website via its Prospector extension.
